Very good quality bakery that is also open on Sundays. In my opinion the best in the vicinity (have already tried a few). It should be noted that you have to pay a little more here than with other bakers.
Very good service and delicious breakfast
So far we have not had any negative experiences in this branch. So far, the sales women have all been nice and friendly. I also think it's good that the baker is open 7 days a week and there are seats available inside. However, prices are higher compared to other bakeries.
Plentiful supply. Good condition. Good quality at a good price ?
I'm always for something delicious, with full enjoyment!
Actually, I like going to Schwerdtner, but with such an unfriendly saleswoman I won't visit this branch in the future.
A nice selection of bread, rolls, long-life baked goods, cakes and pies. Value for money €€€ / €€€€, which are not justified. Schwerdtner bakery is one of the traditional bakers in Dresden, but everything is designed for mass products (like in the supermarket). Each piece is the same as the other, the quality is only possible through baking mixes in order to maintain the high level, taste and appearance every day. You don't get anything individual here. For customer loyalty there is a small snack menu for a breakfast menu and a small bite of warm dishes. Nevertheless, it is very unstructured at lunchtime, so one saleswoman doesn't know what the other is doing. Total chaos and waiting times that were far too long. When ordering a drink and a small snack, the waiting time of 45 minutes is completely exceeded. Especially since you politely ask how long it takes approx and the answer receives max. 10min. Here, the customer service doesn't work at all. This should be readjusted urgently and prices should also be reconsidered. For example: 1 coffee specialty to go in a mug costs around € 2.90, which is about € 1.50 / € 2.00 less than if you drink it in the house, completely overdone and somehow also outrageous. Especially since you always get the impression, no matter when and at what time, you want to go shopping at the Schwerdtner Bakery as a customer, that you are not welcome and that the shop assistants are constantly annoyed.
Super tasty breakfast. A good place to start the day.
visually appealing branch with a good selection. The "Schwerdtner corners" and the croissants at the weekend are particularly tasty. I also think it's good that the bakery is open on 7 days. The staff are friendly too. The only criticism is that card payment is not possible. Here you should become more modern and also be able to pay small amounts with cards. I no longer have to dig out small change every time.
The manager (older woman with glasses) spoke to us very unfriendly .. I was shocked! we were often there and left a lot of money but I also told her very clearly that we would not come back just because of her and it is a shame because we live right next to it and the younger colleague was very nice.
Good quality in general, but you could at least glaze both sides with the comparatively high prices for chocolate pig ears. We also paid far too much for the purchase, but we only noticed that later. We were not asked for a receipt. Overall in need of improvement.
Was there today to buy something, seller very and friendly. Last time there was a nicer saleswoman on site. Payment by EC card not possible according to the unfriendly seller.
